Donald Koepke is a pastor of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America, serving three congregations before entering chaplaincy and ultimately becoming the founding Director of the California Lutheran Homes Center for Spirituality and Aging. He is the author/editor two books, “Ministering to Older Adults: the Building Blocks” and “The Essential Spirit”. He is the author of the free online book, “Growing an Older Adult Ministry” designed to provide a planning process and resources for faith communities to create an older adult ministry that would be effective within their context.
